MAX5403/MAX5404/MAX5405是一個(gè)家庭的雙重線性抽頭數(shù)字電位器。每個(gè)設(shè)備都有一個(gè)3端子的電位器和一個(gè)2端可變電阻。該MAX5403/MAX5404/MAX5405+2.7 V至+5.5 V單電源電壓操作使用的0.1μA的超低電源電流。這些設(shè)備也提供無毛刺之間切換電阻水龍頭,以及方便上電復(fù)位(POR)的中點(diǎn)位置的雨刮器設(shè)置上電。電位器由一個(gè)固定電阻器即通過數(shù)字控制與雨刷接觸3線串行接口,并有256個(gè)抽頭點(diǎn)。它執(zhí)行分立電位器或相同的功能可變電阻器。這些部件是理想的應(yīng)用程序需要數(shù)字控制電阻。三個(gè)電阻值可供選擇:10KΩ(MAX5403),50KΩ(MAX5404)和100kΩ(MA
