Regulator ground current in creases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging battery life. Key features of GM6156 include a reference bypass pin to improve its excellent low-noise performance, reversed-battery protection, current limiting, and over temperature shutdown.

The GM6156 is available in SOT-25 package.
