The AAT3236 features fast transient response and low output self noise for powering sensitive RF circuitry. Other features include low quiescent current, typically 100μA, and low dropout voltage, typically 300mV at full output load current. The device has internal output short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown to prevent damage under extreme conditions.
